Simplified DPF backup

(Chris Eaton) In previous postings I mentioned that there were simplifications to the restore and rollforward commands (including the RECOVER command) that helped to make recovery simpler in DPF. Now in DB2 9.5, IBM has added simplification to the BACKUP process for DPF customers.
