2013 is winding down to a close. This last year has been a great opportunity for me to interact with you regarding software tools, packages, practices, and techniques. My goal in this column is to get you to dig deeper, perfecting the craft you have chosen when working with computer systems.
Sometimes I like to provide tips. Sometimes I like to rant about things that could be simpler. Sometimes I just like to raise questions to see what thoughts and practices surface from the experience and knowledge of our readers.
None of this makes sense without your readership. I especially enjoy when we get into a conversation on a topic with a lot of exchange from various viewpoints. Sometimes the topics that are of interest is a big surprise, and other topics which I think are really hot have little or no interaction at all.
Regardless, thank you for faithfully following my editorials. I look forward to new topics, and returning to older topics in the year to come.
