Management Studio – What Would YOU Like to See?
In talking with Buck Woody on SelectViews, he was talking a lot about how features are determined for releases at Microsoft. Essentially it’s a process of finding features and updates you are passionate about, then championing those features, their benefits, the resources needed to pull them off… all at planning meetings and as peers dig into what the features are all about.

It got me thinking a bit…

What features would you like to see for Management Studio? Could be a performance thing, could be a report thing. New functionality or functionality inherited from other areas.

So, what would it be? If you have more than one thing, that’s great – but you have a prioritize. List your ideas in the order you would be willing to fight for them – what’s the most important, most beneficial item?

Send in your thoughts here, we’ll talk about them a bit, and then I’ll make sure I get them to Buck Woody – I’m sure he’d love to have your feedback as well.
