Shhh… Incubator option free at upcoming virtual conference

We’re soft-announcing a new thing for the virtual conference (sounds so official, yes? “a new thing”). It’s our incubator series. What it comes down to is a free booth for new startup type companies.

The idea is that we really want to support the growing community of developers, companies, new companies and such – those that are just getting started can always use a leg-up. So we’d like to help. This includes a free booth and a demo session in a new track we’re adding – the Incubator track. If you’d be interested in doing a full session on your expertise area(s), that’s great too.

But there are no strings here, other than you need to be a new company, you need to fit the “incubator” intent and be working in the data platform (which of course means developer, admin and end-user) space.

It’s really that simple.

All you have to do is drop me a note. If we end up with a lot of you, great! If it’s only a few, great! It’s really all about just helping get some exposure. Drop our show coordinator, Kat McCord, a quick note and let her know you’re interested – the email is caitlin@sswug.org and we’ll get it all set up.

And, if you’re not a company that fits this space, or just want to talk about presentations, we’d LOVE to talk with you. We have a huge assortment of people speaking already and we really want this to be a huge Spring event. It’s easy and fun to speak, we help with all the details and you do it from the comfort of your own home or office from literally anywhere in the world.

Have a cool product? We should talk.

Love a technology? Let’s chat.

Have a passion to re-educate about things you’ve learned? Yep. Let’s put our heads together.

It doesn’t matter if you’re a veteran speaker or have never spoken before. We can help with all of the pieces.
