(John Paczkowski) PeopleSoft may have finally found a way to stave off Oracle’s $7.3 billion hostile takeover bid. In a filing with the Delaware Court of Chancery, Oracle said that PeopleSoft’s customer-refund plan may force it to abandon its bid for the company.
