(Willie Favero) Here’s an interesting APAR that both my DB2 for z/OS Version 8 and DB2 9 for z/OS friends should be interested in. APAR PK62804 fixes a potential problem with a poor access path being picked for range and BETWEEN predicates due to a not that accurate filter factor.
